Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return
the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email tencommandments@btinternet.com quoting your order number to inform us of your problem

2. Send your return to:

3. Please include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Items specifically ordered in for a customer or ‘painted to order’ items will not be accepted for return or exchange.

We do not refund the original postage and packing that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different item of same value. You will still have
to pay return shipping.
